Hello,
My SureSignal appears to be correctly connected and awaiting calls, however my iPhone is not establishing a link with the SureSignal. I've set the iPhone to 3G voice and data. (I also have another SureSignal at work and that one works fine)
The SureSignal serial number is 40132104254
I have tried de-registering and registering the SureSignal but it's not made any difference.
Could you check whether my SureSignal has the latest firmware and re-sync?

as these may help to resolve issues. They have links to the key things you can do to try and self resolve the issue you are experiencing.
One tip is to de register for 24 hours and then re register.
I've read that Direct help can be achieved by
Customer service support-> Call 03333 040 191 then take option 2 three times and finally option 5 – straight to the Sure Signal team.

@colaniXL- I can see your Sure Signal's been deregistered since yesterday evening, following the advice from @BandOfBrothers.
Once 24 hours has passed, please try reregistering this again.
