Hi, I have tried unbarring my VSS box via my account settings but after entering the serial number I get the following message:
Sorry – there seems to be a problem.
We're working hard to fix the issue, so please try again later.: 500, 1045.
I have contacted customer suport online but they weren't able to assit. the box has been suspened for around 8 months, and I was not able to get the box to work since I purchased it in 2011.
Is there anyway to unbar the box?
