Problem with "limited connection" on Mobile Wi-fi R207

I recently purchased a mobile wi-fi pebble from Vodafone which has worked well with an iPad and a Google tablet in a hospital room but we have just tried to link a Lenovo laptop to the wifi and all we can get is 'limited connection' (ie none!). Any suggestions?  TIA

Thanks Ben - we have tried all these things and it is still not working. We have tried two tablets and they are connected just fine. It is just the laptop we have problems with - any further suggestions? This is really frustrating as we bought the Mifi and the monthly subscription specifically for use of the laptop...
