Hi all,
I've had a problem connecting to the sure signal service for the last few hours. Red Static light. The icon next to the static one is flashing on and off (White). I've used chat and one person told me there's no problem with my sure signal. The next person told me there's a network fault stopping me connecting to 212.183.133.177. The person gave me ticket reference 709760587 Can anyone tell me if they are having the same problem? or indeed is this a valid reference or not?

Hi Rahim. After 6 live chats 2 phone calls to 191 and many de-registraions and re-registrations, Oh and a few re-syncs thrown in, I was told last night 1600hrs that I'd just been re-sycned (again) and to wait 2 hours and it will work! It's now 0845 I have all the correct lights on in a solid state. and guess what? I still have no signal! I have checked all my ports are open etc. Just seem to be hitting a brick wall

Finally got through to tech support. Looks like a hardware problem with the device. They have done a full factory reset on the device so just waiting for it to come back online
