You'd need to speak to Customer services via 191 or Live Chat from a computer.
Or from a landline ->
Contract Customers : Tel :03333040191
Payg Customers : Tel:03333048069
You can input your Vodafone mobile number after prompted when using the Landline phone option, or if issues exist where the IVR System will not recognise the mobile number then you can opt to ignore the initial prompts to type in the mobile number, and then on approx the 4th request it should then change to ask to input 1 for Payg or 2 for Contract Customers.

As i said in my original post i'm no longer with vodafone so i dont have a vodafone number, i've tried ringing customer services only to be cut off because it doesnt recognise my detail. I've seen on other posts ive seen that a moderator has posted a link to help sort things out. The sure signal hasnt been used for a couple of months
Thanks

You'll just need to pop on to your Vodafone online account and de-register your Sure Signal from there.
