My sure signal has stopped working out of the blue. There is not a single light on it, and pressing the reset button does nothing. It's one week out of warranty but help line said they can do nothing I need to buy the unit all over again. Surely at £100 this unit shouldn't go wrong at just 2 yrs?

Sorry to hear your Sure Signal has stopped working, but regardless of the cost of any device tye are always gonna be subject to faults. It's just a really bad bit of luck in your case.
I would advise trying to get a hold of a replacement power cable to see if thats the issue before splashing out on a new device.

I was under the impression the Sure Signsl 1 & 2 could be affected by a failing power supply and replaced but not a Sure Sugnsl 3.
They do come with 24 months warranty and I agree it's bad luck if it's just out. You could speak to Customer services and see if they'll do anything for you via a GoodWill Gesture. Does not cost anything to ask
