Our Sure Signal 3 was working Ok until a couple of days ago. Power light is flashing and service light is on permanent. All others are off. Have reset, unplugged and generally gone through all the advice on Vodafone's web site. Still not working. Seems others have similar issues and it needs Vodafone to manually reconnect at their end - but how do you make contact with them? Their web site is not helpful - I'm hoping they might monitor this forum and come to the rescue (can't phone them as the phone isn't working because the Sure Signal is down!).

Your speed test results from here.
Your ping test results from here.
Your external IP address from here.
The results of a traceroute.
Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
