Hi.
I have been having loads of problems with my Sure Signal v1.
I noticed that none of my phones had a signal for the last few days, and have tried rebooting the SS box, and my broadband multiple times, but not having any joy. Can anyone help look at the Vodafone side to confirm all looks ok?
What details are needed from me?

BT Hub4
Iphone 4s & Samsing S4

Hello and thank you for your reply, however I do not see how checking my phone network for 2g/3g in different places or removing my SIM will help me get the correct lights on the SS1?
How do I get the SS1 to connect to Vodafone correctly?
