I am trying to get proof of purchase for one of the phones on our business account. I have tried emailing enterprise@help.vodafone.co.uk but have had no response after 5 days. I have also been calling vodafone every day, sometimes twice a day and I am just being passed around and fobbed off.
This is an absolute joke, surely it cant be this hard?!
