How do you get a 'proof of barring'???? It is becoming a near impossible task to pin anyone down to help / sort problem. My phone fell down a well in my property in October. I immediately went to nearest store and got a Sim for my old phone I did not trade in so for work.
As of this moment I have made 13 calls, spoken to different people and some of the same. I have been very clear explaining my ordeal and keep giving my details including IMEI number, dates etc etc. I have now been promised the problem is resolved and will have email.......... And keep waiting, calling, waiting, calling. I have emailed all email correspondence asked of me, told my story countless times, chatted online. With still no outcome.
NOW I have had my account blocked? To be told that I requested that... OHHH DEAR!!!!
How do I speak to someone who can sort????
