Hi,

I have been asked for a proof of purchase by my insurance company. They require confirmation of the IMEI number, make and model of the phone and date of purchase, or even if possible a copy of receipt etc. I may also need proof of usage to progress my claim, i have tried to get this through customer services at Vodafone, but to no avail! Could you please help me with this? They have asked for info to be sent by email with vodafone letter head.

CS should have a form they can complete which gets what you want emailed to you.   If you're drawing a blank with this, the forum team here can help, so just hang on for them to pick up your post.
