Q10 Vodafone App still unavailable

.....and a year later its still not available for the Q10

ive just got my bill via email and this time noticed a link at the bottom which says "the easy way to keep track of your bills"

so i followed the link at the bottom to load the vodafone app as i thought it must be working now after i first asked a year ago. 

so link takes me to my vodafone app page. at bottom 3 links for apple,google play or blackberry world.

blackberry world link works and takes you to the app but then you are welcomed by "unavailable for this device"

come on vodafone, will we ever get this for the Q10?

is this a specific Q10 problem and it does work on other blackberry models.

just strange that it has the link to blackberry world and its not until the app page is opened that it says not available for this device.

Hi MrDJ,

All other Blackberry models apart from the Z10 aren’t compatible with the My Vodafone app.

If anything does change, we’ll be sure to let people know.

Download the android version using Snap, works ok for me on my Q10
