Hi,

That is odd. The R201 should support 5 concurrent WiFi connections.

I noticed that you're running the latest firmware which is a good start.

Have you tried connecting any more than 3 devices to the R201? Does number 4 fail?

Have you tried a factory reset on the R201?

I take it that there's no cable plugged into the R201 as well?

If you could let us know it would be great.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

That's wierd, as the R201 should support 5 WiFi connections at once.

It doesn't sound like you're doing anything wrong. The only thing I can think of is that this might be a restriction that the local carrier has requested. Did you buy the R201 in the UK or in a different country?

As another thought are you using a pay as you go sim or a contract sim? If it's a pay as you go sim it's posible that this is a deliberate restriction so that you don't use up your data bundle or credit too quickly.

I'm kind of thinking out load here, but I suspect that the limitation of 3 users is by design, rather than a fault.

If you could let us knwo the answers to the questions above me might be able to give further advice.

Thanks in advance.
