Re register Sure Signal

Hi. I had a Sure Signal registered to my old works mobile phone. We left Vodafone for about 6 months and have now returned, with a new phone number.

My Sure Signal, s/no 21222184497 seems to be frozen, registered to an old account that I can't access because it doesn't recognise my works email or old phone number.

I need to re register this unit to work with my new phone number. I have created a new account but when I enter the serial number it says it's already registered, obviously.

Hi Adders,

When you say it was an old "works" number, do you mean that it was a number on a company account?

If it was, someone authorised on the company account would need to contact us to de-register the Sure Signal. We couldn't do that otherwise for security. Even if the line is cancelled, it would still show against their account.
