Hi Adders,
When you say it was an old "works" number, do you mean that it was a number on a company account?
If it was, someone authorised on the company account would need to contact us to de-register the Sure Signal. We couldn't do that otherwise for security. Even if the line is cancelled, it would still show against their account.
