Hi, we had a power cut yesterday and when the power returned my sure signal was not receiving any power.
i have replaced the power lead which has sorted the power issue, however ever since the signal booster is not transmitting any signal.
lights keep flashing but never locking on.
could you please resync my box the serial number is 40111015901
sure signal version 2 many thanks.

Hi stewcos,
Have you tried a factory reset as described here? .......
For version 2 Sure Signal (the one with 3 lights on the front):
Try that and see if that brings it back to life.

Hi mike, thanks for getting back to me.
yes I tried the reset yesterday and again this morning.
still the same as before.
i am hoping that a resync would bring things back to life.
is this possible to do?

Hi stewcos,
Re-syncs can only be carried out on here by the Tech team who won't be until tomorrow at the earliest.
You could, however, try Tech support on Live Chat and see if they can help.

Live chat is near the bottom of the page and does get busy, so just hang on once there and you'll get an advisor.

I've done a resync of your Sure Signal for you. I hope this resolves the problem.

Many thanks guys....... Nothing this end yet. I know it takes a period of time...... How long should I expect to wait for the resync to work with my box?

Hi Guys, still no luck i am afraid.
not sure where to go next to be honest. i have done the tests that seem to be required and posted below.
Trace route isn't looking great??.... but if i am honest its just a series of numbers etc to me.
If you could let me know what to try next that would be great.
the unit itself might be faulty after the power cut............who knows 😕

Hi stewcos,
Your test result look ok to me ... Your speed isn't great, but not bad enough to prevent the SS from running, and your traceroute is fine also.
In your first post you said that you had replaced the power lead, could you tell me what the rating is of the replacement in Volts and Amps please?
