as well the new v3.04.10.00 does not receive SMS messages for me...

another strange thing is that usage meter is reset with every disconnect / connect cycle - this is annoying as well.

but at least communication is stable now...

Hi tnemec,

Can you confirm that if you put the SIM card into a phone, that the Text messages are then shown - or received?

This will help us to determine if the SIM card itself is actually not recieving the Text, or if it is receiving the Text fine and just not displaying it in the SMS Application.

Now I did another test: it seems to be connected with my E182 dongle. Using my old E172 dongle works perfect for receiving SMS. Even the drop down list "UMTS preferred" is not selectable... The drivers still aren't working for all dongles!!!

and: under Win7 receiving SMS does work - so it's definitely the still not working correctly OSX drivers...
