Red light only on Sure Signal v3

Helo,

 

I'm getting fed up now with this sure signal box. Itworked for a fewdays then stopped. 

 

Now its constantly on the redlight. Tried all the troubleshooting butno joy.

 

Please help.

Hi belalmiah,

 

Thanks for posting your details. Everything looks healthy from the tests you carried out and I can see the Sure Signal connected to the network last at 00:51 this morning.

 

If you're still seeing issues, can you try a full reset of the device for me? If you could post back when you've tested this I'll check to see if it's connected again from here. :Smiling:

Its been workingn ow for the last 2 days.

But this happend when I bought it 3 weeks ago. Worked for around 4 days then stuck on the red light.

 

Lets see how this goes. I'm using the Phare 3 of the sky router and as Danielfugo mentioned theres seems to be a compatibility issue here.

 

But I will get in touch if I need help.

Vodphone should own up and inform people that the sure signal box does not work with Sky router and also stop telling people that it's a plug and play equipment becasue it's not. The amount of technical configuration you have to do to make it work is unbelievable and Vodaphone are quick to point the finger at at sky. i returning mine for a full refund.
