Refunds or compensation for Pre Orders

Due to none delivery of our promised orders I think Vodafone should refund all these advanced payments they have taken,

 

Why should we wait upto 6 weeks for delivery when you have already taken the upfront payment, this should not of been taken until you were ready for despatch.

 

The very least Vodafone should now do is offer every customer compensation for each week we have to wait.

True, it's unacceptable not to hear anything. I have just called and now they are saying they haven't received the shipment of iPhones yet so they have none in stock and are expecting it this morning. I don't know what to believe as I don't understand how some people are getting texts and DPD numbers if they don't have the phones!

Yeah, it's ridiculous. If I exhibited this little communication in my job I'd be sacked.

I've been given £120 credit for the iphone 7 issues...so far.

Most I have gotten through live chat was £10 and no estimated date. I ordered it at a couple of minutes past 8:00 last friday. Ordered a iPhone 7+ Black.
