Another week gone by and still no information about the repair to my Vodafone smart ultra 6. Phone call to 191 was useless. It would seem that Vodafone doesn't care about its customers and their problems since there is no option on the telephone or the internet to find out about repair progress. The tracking service is useless as well it has told me for at least two weeks that the repair is complete but the phone has never been returned to a Vodafone shop and I can't contact the shop either. I don't live near a Vodafone shop, so just can't pop in to check on progress.
Can anybody help me?

The tracker should be of help but I have seen previous posts where it hadn't been correct.
Live Chat or Customer services on On 191 have direct contact with their repair houses so it's them you really need to perservere with.
Some repairs take longer than others.
You could raise your concerns via the online form in Here.
The Vodafone Tech Staff who read all posts also maybe able to assist.
