I have a Sure Signal V3 that I have used for 20 months that has died and is away for fixing under warranty. As I need a mobile signal at home for work puposes I ordered a second Sure Signal and will use the replacement for the original at an alternative property.
However, the new Sure Signal will not work. I get the red power light flashing and the first light solid orange which the manual says means the connection to the Vodafone server is not being achieved. I have registered the new device. I have BT Infinity with a Home Hub 5
I have forwarded ports 8, 50, 53, 67, 68, 123, 500, 1723, 4500 and 33434-33445 as suggested on the forum.
Sure Signal Serial Number: 43164425548
My IP address is: 86.137.174.198
Ping: 15ms:
Download speed: 35.6 mbps
Upload speed: 8.93 mbps
I have run a tracer and this does not look correct. I get the following:
