Replacement sure signal

I had many problems with my sure signal box(V2) not connecting to phones that in the end vodafone replaced it last week.
I received a refurbished version 2 and duly registered it, plugged it into my broadband (75meg fibre) and waited.

The red light and the first white LED re lit and steady....but my phone will not connect.

I have spoken with a customer service agent via live chat app on my iphone 5 and had call from tech services....who advised to wait an hour....if not working within 24hrs then ring back....


So not very happy as I have little or no signal at my house and need my phone for emergency call outs etc...

Your speed test results from here.
Your ping test results from here.
Your external IP address from here.
The results of a traceroute.
Your Sure Signal serial number:

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
