Hi,
I work for an ISP, and we have recently started using a new range of IPs for one of our networks, but the range in question appears to be blocked by you guys so all Sure Signal boxs that our customers have are not working.
Would you be able to check if 185.62.157.0/24 is present on your whitelist? If not, would it be possible for it to be added?

@aliclubb I've checked the IP address you've provided and this is on our whitelist.
We advise sending your customers our Sure Signal Troubleshooting guide for any issues they may be having - we'll be more than happy to help
