I cannot find "change post code" when trying to respond to an email telling me to.
I am pretty insecure about techie stuff so please keep "help" VERY simple! Thanks

Hi allymo,
You don’t need to worry, but to get this sorted please do the following.
Go to www.vodafone.co.uk.
Log in to your online account
Click the Sure signal icon at the bottom on the page
Select manage my Sure Signal
Select change post code
Enter ST1 5GP and select check postcode
Click confirm
Enter any floor level and select confirm
When asked if you want to change the location select confirm.
Select manage my Sure Signal
Select change post code
Enter your postcode and select check postcode
Click confirm
Enter the floor level and select confirm
When asked if you want to change the location select confirm.
This will update the location profile and stop the messages coming through.
