Hi there,
i asked a tech advisor in store today about my Sony Xperia not being able to play movies or record ..... She advised me that it is more than likely a software problem and to backup and restore my phone. I have successfully backed it up but it doesn't seem to be restoring it ..... taking over an hour already and is only a quarter complete .....
any advice? I can't seem to come out of the window either on my pc ......
