Restricted Calls.

Hi,

my sim was new last week and was working fine after a sim swap, but since yesterday when I try and make outgoing calls it says connection is restricted!!! Very frustrating!! I don’t pay for the phone or know the account name because my father pays for it through his company... I’ve tried live chat and can’t goninto a store so please give me hope!!!

You are going to need to ask your Father for help.  The bill is paid by your Father through his company.

There is a restriction for outgoing calls, the usual reason is an unpaid bill, if there is more than one line on the account, it will mean a restriction on all lines.
