Resync needed for V3 sure signal

Please could you resync my suresignal.  i have added my girlfriends phone to it but she's still not getting 3g since i ported here number onto a pay monthly account.

 

I am not happy posting serial numbers, phone numbers etc on this forum so if support could please contact me directly it'd be much appreciated.
