When I bought a sure signal unit online i checked the returns policy at your website to see that it must be returned Via post.
When I came to return the item I was told it had to be in store. After an hour of transfers and calls I was told that it had to be taken to a store. Why this is clearly not in line with your policy on online orders?
I took this item to a store and was told they would return it but could not issue a refund. I have today spent over half an hour getting a refund over the phone. In total with a store visit I've wasted three hours of my working time returning an item that I believed could be sent back in an envelope that would be posted to me. As a contractor and limited company owner I feel inclined to bill you for my lost time as you clearly would not honour to your online order returns policy.
Please can you explain why this item has a different online returns policy to all others?
