Long story short.

I got an alert on my phone saying my data was running out so within a few minutes I purchased 2gb £10 HOWEVER within the 3 minutesI had used 125mb apparently. Anyway I thought fair enough I had gone over and cancelled the extra data charge I had paid £10 for. HOWEVER d VF will not remove one of the charges so I am paying £16.50 for 125mb of data. Well I am not as I am not paying my bill I have now bought a giff gaff card and If vodafone do not remove one of these chanrges by the time it arrives they can spend years chasing me for the money and I mean years. So if your reading this Vodafone you have anbout 2 days to reply. Its not the ammount of the charge but the sheer principle of the matter.

The fastest way to get this resolved @markholland8 is ringing 191 or Live Chat.

If you decide not to pay your bill which I assume is by cancelling your Direct Debit then if Vodafone can't collect payment then they'll almost likely restrict services.

Pass your debt to a Debt Collection Agency and add a Default to your Credit File that will last 6 years affecting future applications for other mobile contracts, cards, overdrafts and mortgages etc.
