Can someone please tell me why i am unable to turn on my voice mail on my new samsung S8+ ,tried all the reviews etc but just keeps saying that they are unable to divert my calls at the moment . Tried the 1211 nothing

Is this an upgrade or new contract @pauljtin ?
Try Cancel all diverts.
Press Phone.
Press Keypad.
Key in ##002# and press the call icon.
It's advised to get in touch with Vodafone via Customer Services on 191 or Live Chat if the usual shortcode does not work.
How-do-I-set-up-and-manage-my-voicemail.
