Roaming Charges

Hi, I'm seeing roaming charges on my account when I have world traveller enabled. Why would that happen.

If you feel uncertain about any charges then Live Chat or customer service on 191 should be able to access your account and check.

Thanks for your reply, unfortunately Vodafone aren't very good at ensuring I speak to the correct person in customer services.

Yesterday I had 11, yes count them, 11 transfers to another department. Apparently I'm on an "old system" and that means no one understands how it works. I need to talk to a "super user" but no one knows how to get to one of these caped crusaders. 

I was was hoping that I could glen some sense from the forum.

You may find it more beneficial to speak to them on a weekday as the departments will be fully staffed. 

Which country were you roaming in ?

It was in Malaysia so it's included in the bundle.

I see that Malaysia is in the Rest of the World Zone 1

Malaysia is not included in the World Traveller zone and will be subject to roaming charges.

Unfortunately Malaysia is not included in World Traveller so you can check the rates you would have been charged here:
