Samsung Galaxy S5 - Can make and recieve phone calls, browse online, send text messages but cannot recieve texts.
Have SIM changed, rebooted device, removed & reseated SIM, put in and out of Flight mode, changed network operators from Vodafone to another and back to Vodafone, changed network mode, put network operator on Vodafone AND on Automatic. None of these have worked and the people in the Vodafone shop can't help.
SIM doesn't work in other phones, so has to be purely an issue with the Network.

Hi. It certainly seems the case if you've gone through all of those checks.
Vodafone would need to narrow down if the problem is originating at the end of the sender or the message landing on their network.
