S6 Edge - Trade in link

When I ordered my S6 Edge I went for the trade in option but have never received anything which tells me how to do this.  I remember there was link on the pre order page which explained it but I can't find it when I search the site now.

Where do I need to go to complete this trade in? I don't want to loose the £5 a month discount!

@jamesbramble what did they say to you? as i was told by chat that i  will receive the bag after a month and then i need to send the old phone... even though when you sign up it says you have to send the phone back within 14 days

I'm currently away but contacted customer service before I went and after ages on the phone was told to go in store and they would sort it. After 2 hours in store where the lad phoned 15 different people it still wasn't sorted. He told me that they had reset the counter on my trade in and the bag would arrive in the next few days and that the accessory pack should too but if it didn't to come back in. I have checked with people at home and still nothing. Asmall a new Vodafone business customer I'm not impressed that I've had to spend over 3 hours of my time trying to sort out their mess and the prospect of more to come. Maybe I should bill them for my time 😠

Apparently, whoever upgraded me applied the wrong price plan to my upgrade, so I received the Samsung Galaxy S6 but with the wrong price plan that didn't have the trade in option.

So what they have done is applied the £5 per month discount onto my price plan. I have just checked and it's on

My old S4 will be returned when I receive the return package

Well the accessory pack turned up today via DPD but no return envelope!
