Hi there,
I took a 12 month SIM only contract out a few months ago. At the time I was offered 10GB data as part of the package. After the first month for some reason this dropped to 8GB. After numerous live chats I discovered that although I was offered it for the entire contract, they had only put me on a 8GB plan with 2GB goodwill data which lasted 1 month. After many failed attempts to resolve this the live chat team advised me it was fixed and I would get my full allowance, and for another month it was correct.
However it dropped off again... so back on live chat... and someone fixed it again.
Yet another month has gone and it has dropped off AGAIN!!
The live chat team each time supposedly tell me it has been fixed for the rest of contract and yet every time they have managed to get the data on, it drops off again.
Please can someone from the eForum team look into this and fix it once and for all? I am seriously fed up with having to fight every month to get the plan I was offered and accepted at upgrade time. This has taken up SO much time for something I should never have had to deal with.
I have most the live chat transcripts if required, including the one from when I took the upgrade out.
