Same problems with my new £22.20 Red Value account, taken out online on 06/09/16. Billed £37, no discount of 40% for 12mths, no free entertainment pack.
Live Chat advised taking sim & paperwork back to the specific store with whom the contract was taken out and let those staff sort it out.
The existence of the Vodafone UK Online Shop was not known to this particular CSA's team.
Has anyone had resolution yet ?

To be honest Viki I am fed up with talking to Vodafone advisors or live chat as we keep going round and round in circles,I am waiting to see what happens at my next bill and take it from there,still havent had my Entertainment pack added to my plan .

This is the outcome I receieved. Bit of a mess but we got there.
