my SS V2 has stopped working only the system light is on. I have opened the ports as recommended by CS but I still cannot get a 3G signal with my phone. any suggestions?
steps taken so far.
microsim change got CS to resync.
reset SS.
changed ethernet cable and port.
opened ports on router.

Wayne, I cant get this to work. Sure signal V2 got new phone galaxy s5 and still doesnt work.

vodafone suresignal serial 40122414671
can see it listed with IP 192.168.2.102 on my router and have given it a static dhcp lease.
created a virtual server with the tcp, udp ports listed to this address
either just
red power light is on or then light next (system) is on, third light is off.
speed test 15ms ping 72Mbps down 17Mbps up.

Ben,
managed to put this on my neighbours network. Seems to work on his ADSL router, same ISP.
not sure where to go with this apart from going back to factory defaults and resetting up the router and do not understand why it stopped working.

Hi deviant1,
It may be something as simple as a power cut that has disrupted the service.
As it's working at your neighbour's, we know it's definitely a router/ISP issue. Your ISP should be able to help further if you give them a quick call.
I'd also try a new Ethernet cable to see if this helps.
