SS1 Not Connecting to phone

Had a problem with my internet access over the weekend, but this is now resolved. However my SS1 is not now connecting to the phone. Same ISP, same router, I have switched off and disconnected the SS1 and switched it back on. I have checked the dashboard and my phone number is still registered. Third light down is not on, but the others are. My internet connection is better than before. Please re-set at your end so that I can once again get a signal.

Hi. I did all this in september, when the problem occurred the first time and I had no signal for about 3 weeks. In the end the signal returned on it's own. Given that nothing has changed at my end since then, the issue has to be with the way SS recognises my phone - which is a Vodafone issue.

If you can't sort it out, please advise when  my contract is due to end so I can switch to a company that provides a phone signal - which is what I pay for!!!!!!

Hi williams3131,

We’ll be unable to help without having the information that Ian has asked for.

Once you’ve posted the details, we can dig a little deeper for you.

Cheers,

Andy

I provided all that information last time, and my ISP, router and internet upload and download speeds are exactly the same. My setup was not the problem last time, and is not this time. Something has happened where my SS1 is recognised (or not) at Vodafone, but no one wants to admit to this. Last time the SS1 just started working again when no-one would admit to finding the fault. At least I must now be nearing the end of my contract

Hi william3131,

We've only got 4 posts from you and that information isn't included I'm afraid.

We'll be happy to help further once we have this.

Thanks,

Kay
