Sure Signal not working for iphone

My sure signal box worked fine up until about a month ago for my iphone 5S and Nokia C2-01.  However, while my Nokia is still working on it my iphone does not.  Can you help please?

Hi phil99,

Can you confirm your Sure Signal serial number for me?

If you haven't already, I'd try removing the iPhone number from the Sure Signal, waiting about an hour and then re-adding it. This will refresh the registration.

If the iPhone is the owner number, transfer ownership online to the Nokia whilst you do this. You can switch it back again afterwards.

I deregistered both phones and then registered the iphone and it worked thanks.
