veryveryangry
4: Newbie
I have recently changed from a blackberry to an iPhone

I have kept the same number but after 6 days my sure signal is not providing a 3 G signal to my new phone

What can I do?

Problem 2

For the last 6 months I have been trying to register a new user onto my sure signal but ALWAYS get a message saying there appears to be something wrong, we are working hard to fix the problem

Really? Working hard? After 6 months of trying to register an additional user

CAN I GET SOME TECHNICAL HELP PLEASE. Not the usual turn it off for 24 hours and try again crap please

Thanks

Hi @veryveryangry

Due to your SIM changing you'll need to deregister your Sure Signal, then re-register it after 24 hours.

Your number should then connect as normal.

Once you've done this please speak to our Live help team and we can register the other numbers for you.

Thanks,

Amanda

Hi @veryveryangry

Since you’ve done the re-register have you turned the phones off and on again in the area of the Vodafone Sure Signal?

If you’ve tried this and this isn’t working, get in touch with Live help.

Cheers,

Laura
