I have a Samsung Note 4, and am almost at the end of a 24 month contract with Vodafone. It has recently developed a fault, where it it was constantly rebooting, and now will not re-boot at all. A local phone repair shop have tried to re-install software, but the fault continues.
Will Vodafone be interested this close to the end of my contract, or should I contact Samsung directly instead?
Many thanks!

The phone will have a 24 month manufacturer warranty although that does not cover issues from a drop or water damage.
Samsung UK online I'm. Sure would help.
Also there are Samsung Service Locations around the UK a person can walk in for help.
Was the phone originally supplied by Vodafone?
I fear they may have tried to install a custom rom firmware which can in certain circumstances trip knox and invalidate warranty.
When is your early upgrade date or contract end date.
The nearer to these the better sometimes the retention deal. Ring 191 and choose thinking of leaving to get through to the retention department to upgrade and broker a deal and new phone or instead pop in to a Vodafone High street store.
