Samsung Galaxy S5 SMS delays

Up to a week ago my sms were working fine, now they up to 30 minutes to send or they dont send at all.

I have cleared caches, deleted 90% of sms, checked the message centre number, rebooted phone to no avail.

Can anyone help?

I have replaced the sim card at the weekend. it worked for half a day and stopped again. The phone appears to be working but I don't the commands are registering?

Do you think its the handset?

If you’ve got another phone to test the SIM in, it’s worth doing this to rule out a faulty phone.

What commands aren’t registering?

Hi, the commands work but they are delayed or block by something. thats the way it seems to me
