There have been some serious issues with the Galaxy note 7 even before the launch. Mobile phones have been reported to be exploding and Samsung has recalled its handsets.
I am surprised that big companies like Vodafone and other service providers in UK are still selling the phone on expensive packages. I was seriously considering buying the package but after the recent incidents, I am not interested. What is Vodafone doing about this? Are they going to return or reimburse their customers.

Hello @Aaronjugroop
If you’ve already ordered the device and still wish to receive it once it’s available on general release, you don’t need to do anything. We will contact you directly to let you know when your device has been despatched.
We don’t yet have information about when the Note7 will be available on general release but we will update this thread once that’s confirmed by Samsung.
If you no longer wish to receive the Note7, you can cancel your order and switch to another device by calling 191 or 03333 040 191, or by visiting one of our retail stores.
