Samsung S6 Edge 64gb - Previous Apps button and Freezing on Home Screen.

I have had my phone for just over a week now.  It is an excellent phone and the edge screen is great.  However when using the phone it starts to flash between the previous apps page and the home screen, several times and then freezes on one of these screens.  When frozen the only buttons that work are the home and lock screen buttons.  Also the previous apps and back soft keys sometimes don't work at all.

I have tried a factory reset which didn't work.  This is a pain because I then have to redo all my account settings and screen layout preferences.

Has anyone else had this problemand can it be resolved without getting a replacement.

After you had done the factory reset, did you run the phone for a bit without installing any apps? Did the phone behave itself?

Unfortunately this has not helped, as I have triedseveral times to remedy this.  It is particularly frustrating when using my Nike+ app whilst out running.  I find it difficult to pause my run when crossing roadsat traffic lights etc as it will freeze on the multi window screen.  What is also frustrating is reinstalling my apps and then configuring them and my screen layouts.

If I can't get a fix that works I may have to send it back to be repaired.

Take it in to a Samsung Repair Centre and get them to look the device over. I've used the, before and found the, to be pretty good

Are you using any cases or screen protectors that could be causing this?

If you're out of the return period, we can still have your phone in for repair.
