Settled account open on credit !

Payed off my Vodafone account and was told it was settled and everything was fine but it’s still showing up in credit profile as open! 

Can someone look into this please as it’s been 4 months !

Hey, same thing happeend to me when I left. Wait for the team to catch up with you and they'll sort it so it reflects right on your credit file.
