This has just happened to me, I went into the Vodafone shop to buy a 12 month SIM and when I downloaded the app I find I'm on a business account. This was never made clear in the shop. Not a good start Vodafone!

lm another person who was set up with a business account that I didn’t ask for some while ago.
I am struggling to get an answer to how I can swap from a business to consumer account and get passed around in circles. Previous advice from in store to customer service has got me nowhere near a solution. Have been told variously to ask for a pac code, that means changing provider., download a form from the internet , fill it in and email, well I would fill it in BUT AS I NEVER REGISTERED a business name the form is virtually useless as most of the information is impossible to complete. Can someone give a definatve answer of how you do this. I want to be able to monitor my usage by the Vodafone app but business accounts can’t use it. HELP!,,,,,,

Same new customer contract 2 years last week and I cannot use the app as I'm a business customer. I don't own a business and never will can you help me please.
