Shure Signal stopped working

We moved to a new office in Sept 12 and moved our Vodafone SS and connected it to a BT infinity broadband with a dynamic ip address and all worked well.
Several months ago we re-graded our broadband connection to a fixed ip address and the SS stopped working. I spoke with your tech dept a number of times and checked all settings, reset the device countless times only to be told Vodafone and BT knew there was a problem and it would be resolved in due course and we would be informed. We haven't and it still doesn't work. 

I have been following the forum and have tried every suggestion including replacing the BT hub with a Draytek Vigor 2130 and setting all port forwarding. I have even taken it home where it worked perfectly.

Can you please address this issue as we rely on the SS as the Vodafone signal is un-reliable.
