Is this restricted to 2100 H+? The Sim I was given is different, and does not support 4G, yet I cannot see any small print to state this is the case. Could this just be a case that I have been given a wrong NANO SIM by mistake?
Thanks in advance, Pete.

It could also be something at account level to so it could be worth looking at that channel to. I'd start with a SIM swap instore and see how that goes.

No - the 50GB is 4G (subject to coverage)
If you have any queries regarding the SIM card, it may be best that you pop the data SIM card into your phone, if you still get 3G, it may indicate there is something up with the SIM or the account. Call up customer services on 191 and they should be able to help.
Your local Vodafone store also can help if you need to swap SIM cards.

Thanks for that, I thought that was the case, and I did device swap, and the fault carried across as suspected. I just wanted that "hidden clause" bit answered which you have done. must be an old stock sim laying about.
