Have you tried turning your phone Off and On or Airplane Mode On and Off with the new sim inside it to reset Network Connection.
Has the Service stopped on the original sim which indicates the simswap has started ?
On the iPhone you could try ->
On the iPhone hold down the Sleep/Wake Button and Home button together until the Apple Logo shows. Then On seeing this Apple Logo release both buttons ,and the iPhone will reset , which has been known to clear most glitches.
Other options are :
Settings ->General -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings.
If these don't help then either try the Simswap link again and or speak to Vodaphone Customer Services via the phone or via Live Chat via the 'Contact Us' link at the foot of the forum.
