Sim swap won't work

I just received my new phone and my new sim. I have tried multiple times to activate my new sim however each time I receive a text says 'we were unable to activate your sim'. How do I solve this issue?

The quickest and easiest way to get your new SIM activated is to pop into your local Vodafone Store.  They will activate the SIM for you and you will usually be up and running prior to leaving the store.
