How long should a sim swap take? Gone from a iPhone 4 to a 5c and the apps have gone across but still have no signal or coverage. Been 12 hrs now!!

They do say it can take upto 24 hours but alt of people are having the same issue as you.only thing I can suggest is if you live close to a store then pop in there or go onto live help.
