The vodafone smart mini 7 I purchased did not come with the £15 top up voucher it was stated to come with (to my infomation). Where should it be found and if it is missing what should I do?

Was this purchased online or in the shop ?
The shop assistant would typically put the top up on the SIM card or is there a top up voucher in the bag.
Sometimes there is a slight delay of the credit showing or the credit is taken to pay for the big value bundle.
Or are you using the freebie.
Your myvodafone should show this.
Call 17298 to activate your Payg SIM card and to buy your first big bundle
If not speak with Live Chat or customer service on 191.

It was purchased online and their was no voucher I could find in the box

Have you activated the SIM card via the shortcode I added into my first reply.
Have you looked in myvodafone app or myvodafone online.
What Payg Tariff did you choose.
The £15 may have been taken to pay for allowances that last 30 days as explained in the Vodafone Psyg Link.

Yep, I've done that and the problem is solved, thanks. However I also topped up my phone and it seemed to convert my topup into a bundle (which I did not want) any help?
